Gruntwork is hiring DevOps engineers!

At Gruntwork, we offer DevOps as a Service. That means we help companies figure out how to do all the steps that come after writing code. How do you test that code? How do you deploy it? How do you monitor it? How do you keep it secure?

It turns out that many, many companies are are struggling with these questions. We’ve been working hard to keep up with demand, but it’s time to admit it:

We’re two co-founders, looking to hire our first employee (update: we’re now hiring our second employee!).

Here’s who we are:

• Our mission is to make it 10x easier to understand, develop, and deploy software. Our first step in that direction is to build products and technologies that completely transform how companies build infrastructure and do DevOps (see: the Infrastructure as Code Library, Reference Architecture, and Reusable, composable, battle-tested Terraform modules).
• The main technologies we use right now are Terraform, Go, Python, Bash, Docker, Packer, and AWS. We also spend a lot of time working on open source, doing talks, and writing blog posts and books.
• We’re distributed. Work remotely from anywhere in the world.
• We’re family friendly. No crazy hours.
• We’re trying to build a diverse team that is welcoming and safe for people of all backgrounds, cultures, genders, and ethnicities.
• We’re 100% bootstrapped and profitable. No investor pressure.
• We are working with some of the biggest brands in the world.
